The bedroom was always warm. Great internet service. Close to Norbury train station. Lidl nearby. Superbly clean rooms with modern en suite bathrooms, complimentary toiletries, and soft towels. Hassle-free internet and TV. Proper size kettle and mugs. Plenty of sockets. Reasonable parking charges in council car park.

The best aspects were the wonderful and warm hospitality provided by the staff. They were very accommodative, friendly, and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay good. The hotel was very clean and cozy, with nice staff available at any time. The hotel's proximity to the train station, restaurants, and stores was convenient, making transportation and access to amenities easy.

I recently stayed at a hotel in South London and had a fantastic experience. I was impressed by the value for money - the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation. Secondly, the attention to detail was outstanding. The room was modern, clean, and had nice little touches like a balcony and tea/coffee making facilities. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was very close to the train station, making it convenient to explore the city.
